Using tools such as Emotional Intelligence (EQ-i 2.0), DISC, and CliftonStrengths, we surface the patterns that quietly shape your leadership style. Together, we examine tendencies like over-functioning, people-pleasing, perfectionism, conflict avoidance, or difficulty setting boundaries—not as flaws to fix, but as adaptive responses that can be understood and recalibrated.
This work may also include exploring frameworks like the Drama Triangle, helping you recognize when you’re slipping into rescuing, blaming, or self-sacrificing roles—and how to shift into more grounded, responsible leadership.
Through a holistic, whole-person lens that integrates mind, body, and inner life, Conscious Leadership coaching supports leaders in responding rather than reacting, communicating with clarity, and leading with presence, integrity, and impact.
Coaching Fees - 1 Session
All coaching sessions are 50 minute Zoom calls. Additional services can be arranged with Diane. I see the most impact and change with weekly/biweekly sessions over a 3 month period.
